Clicking back into work week mode, reminded that success is in part rooted in routine. Doing the work, coming back to the work, being commited to the work.
Do it. Do it again. And again. And again. Tweak as needed, but the success is in the repetition, and doing.
Start early, review the list, make a list, center yourself for the day, start slow, warm up, get going, get better.
I’m reminded of a great phrase I found somewhere. It comes up everyday on my list, in my journal:
“It’s the grind that sharpens the axe.”
And this one came to mind this morning: “From the darkness comes the light, comes the GOOD.”
