How to find it, create it, maintain it, consensus.

In a family, on a team, in a community, in a company, in a country, how, how, how?

Like-minded, easier, smaller groups too…but even in family there is division, sometimes divorce, paths no longer aligned.

What motivates then, to consensus? I don’t know.

But I want it. How about you?
