I belong to a local Lions club. We’re a service group, aligned with more than a million other members in 46,000 other Lions clubs around the world.

We exist to serve others, to help them out, those in need.

Our club’s 42nd annual Thanksgiving Food Drive to help about 220 families — maybe a thousand(?) people — have a little less food insecurity for the Thanksgiving holiday,

Mission underway: Saturday and Sunday collect food, Monday distribute.
