Not sure on the full calculus, but my basics come down to give and take.

That means each day, with the most important people, and at work, in life, it’s all about give and take.

My basic tenet: Give every day as much as I can across mostly all fronts…

And hope I can take without recourse as needed.

It’s a fuzzy equation but one I live with. I don’t have the stamina or patience to do the math every time.
