I got a polite, professional talking-to recently. It did me good.

Too loud, too bossy, too invasive. All those things I strive not to be. Watching my kids soccer game, “too” into it, too vocal.

True dat, I CAN be noisy. I certainly get excited. I get fired up.

Good check, tempering down. Good practice, good exercise of another kind, watching not yelling instruction. Even the coaches don’t do that.

Motto on the back of the coaches’ shorts says it well:

“They play.

I coach.

You cheer.”

Good advice, certainly well said.

Just cheer. Go Team! GOOD.
