Funny things about Dark and Light,

I seek the Light from within, the Light that inspires and energizes,

But I also appreciate the Dark, especially this time of year, Winter in the Northern Hemisphere, as shadows fall early, and Sunrise is late,

I like darkness through much of the house, only small lamps on in this corner and that, modest glow to just warm the mood, otherwise subdued, priming,

I guess I like the balance, somehow it brings me peace, somehow it brings me peace.
