Good basic life practice: Always plug in.

Came to mind thinking about my typical work-day, where I’m moving between departments, working in each area with my lap-top,

I’ve got several spots I plug into for power, pretty much in every regular area I work,

But then I get to thinking, the metaphor of “plugging in” — no naughty thoughts…but seriously — in the sense of connecting, being in the present, engaged with those around you, the situation at hand,

Good mantra for sure: where-ever and whenever you can, where-ever you are, plug in.
