A little addendum in pursuit of ever-evident transparency and explanation. it’s a Jeff Lud Thing.
So yesterday was Cinco de Mayo. And this month I’m back to posts from years past for May, making a bit of my own Haiku form, if you will. It’s fun for me, anyway, and hopefully an entertaining, mini-thought provoking a bit of the time too.
So for Cinco de Mayo, it was Haiku form in Spanish. Mind you, I don’t speak much Spanish, But I do love other languages and cultures, and so thought it apropos to cross-over to Spanish for that piece.
Not sure how it comes across to native Spanish speakers, but it was fun to ponder, consider the words to use, and ultimately scribble down.
Note too, I realize it was a line longer and more syllables than traditional Haiku form, but you know, it is what it is. Fun to consider, write, share … and that’s the whole point. : – )
