Let my kids sleep in as long as they like,

Leftovers Brunch for everyone,

Free reign to watch screen,

Another hot day,

Laundry started, halfway through,

Needs to make cookies and salad for a pot luck this eve,

Found a cool spot under a fan to scribble this down,

Now, nap time, nap time,

So grateful for the independence to just … RELAX.
