Direct to my dorm room, used it like a typewriter, so many college papers writing there.

Five inch floppy disks to save the work, monitor like a little TV, dot-matrix printer, roller-fed, took up the whole desk,

No mouse needed because there was no GUI , no mess, no fuss,

DOS ran the show, WordPerfect did the work, and an early golf video game gave us a bit of fun,

Thankful, so thankful to my folks for that machine, three years of college work churned through that box,
