Not often do I sit and watch TV, maybe sporting events the singular exception, but even then not simply sitting, staring, usually blending other things, even writing blog posts along the way (like now),

Dishes, laundry, other chores, coming and going, not fixed to the TV, and tho’ I can, I don’t pause, just follow as best I can,

Not often but sometimes I watch more than not, like the other night, 15 inning decisive 5th game of the AL Regional Series, Mariners v. Tigers,

Or the next evening, same decisive 5th game, Cubs v. Brewers, suspecting similar drama (but hopefully not duration) will unfold,

Not often finding self-care respite in front of the tube in the indulgence of sports viewing, then letting it be so,

Not often enough maybe, letting it be so.
