Historically a giving day, to help those in need — especially from those awash in new gifts — a day to help others with things they need,

My own need, to box up emotions gone awry, swirling out of hand, desires and struggles and things undone, to pause and box and contain,

Can’t contain the joy I would feel if I didn’t feel so much, all the time, about everything, why oh why this way? Please give me a box big enough to hold it all in, custom size to contain the too much, but let it otherwise be,

Don’t want to share the angst, just keep it in the box, and share only love,

Only love.
