This theme on repeat in my head, especially today, so many people struggle and suffer so much more,

Current season, practice refreshed, reseeded, pause mid-day prayer, whispered words, a few moments of recall,

Recollecting all those living in war zones,

All those living with cancer,

All those battling their inner demons, mental health spun ‘round, upside down,

All those like my dad, gone just about eight years now, his birthday today,

Remembering his struggles, little did I know, but know he lived through much, showing us the best way he knew to be, best way to be each day, make the most of each day,

So many people faced with so much more struggle and suffering,

Let’s just try to make the most of each day ~
