Freedom of speech as guaranteed in the first amendment of the United States Constitution.

As one former federal attorney  stated recently, the Department of Justice under the Trump Administration is being used increasingly for political payback rather than protecting an upholding, the rule of law, it’s vengeance masquerading  justice.
