As you may know, Wordle is a simple and yet at times challenging puzzle game. You get six chances to guess a five letter word.
Today I was down to two guesses left, and it was a little exciting.
I had guessed four of the five letters, but there were several additional options for the one missing letter, and I didn’t have enough guesses left to guess each one.
K, L, V, X were all options. Four letters, but only two guesses left.
VEXIL saved me.
No, I didn’t know the word prior to the game today. Full disclosure, and I think I’ve shared this before,
When I play Wordle, it’s usually to fire up the synapsis at the beginning of the day. If I get down to only one or two guesses left and I need help, I have no qualms looking at my Wordle list, and even using the dictionary to find a word to help solve the puzzle. The way I think of it, I’m still learning, my brain is still getting the exercise and I’m looking for.
Such was the situation today. And VEXIL saved me. Who knew there could be more than one meaning for that simple five letter word?
GOOD.
