Boy let me tell you, I long for the summer pace, hard to come by in my particular working world,

Fiscal Year equals Calendar Year equals full gas hustle through June, also known as second quarter end, push push push for every drop of revenue,

Throttle back a bit after, everyone catching their breath, force yourself to slow, savor the moments you find, get, make,

Find, get, make the most of the time, your time, the most precious commodity we have, life not endless,

Only yourself to blame if you don’t savor the time you have, mindset, do the things that need doing, don’t shirk, for sure,

BUT,

Also soak up the goodness of the time you have,

With your kids, your friends, family,

With a good book, and early mornings, and some late nights,

With nature, and fresh air and long swims,

And making, keeping your body healthy as long as you can,

These ideas all reborn with the summer pace, finding a different, sustainable stride, deep breaths, deeper thoughts, savor the time, savor the time.
