I’ve got a new way to think about my life work: The Ludlum Lab.
From my X Profile:
The Ludlum Lab: GOOD | Optimism | Resilience | Fam/Life/Biz |#goodstuff #AutismAwareness
And what is the primary portal for this work? The blog is called “halffullallgood”, twelve years now running; July 2014 it was underway,
The purpose is simple enough: find and share more good in the world; forever improving resilience and finding another spark of optimism, another reason to believe, half full, all good.
Thinking about the practice of this life endeavor I’ve found myself, it occurred to me, this is an iterative business, no end point, keep going…
And that’s what I do.
The idea of a “lab”? Simple but slow to crystallize until recently. Two labs I came across recently and reading. The Huberman Lab is at Stanford, and the Sassetti Lab is at University of Massachusetts Worcester.
Huberman focuses on science & public health; Sassetti focuses on Systems Genetics of Tuberculosis.
And the Ludlum Lab? Just what does it focus on? Examples and experiences (and struggles!) to maintain optimism and find new strands of resilience.
GOOD.
