Clearly by now, if you’ve read even just a few of my bits, you know the work is quick and maybe choppy sometimes, varied in topic and trope as the muse directs,

Thus one of the underlying themes of my motivation, responding to the moment the muse visits and thus the personal joy therein,

Case in point, “The Stranger’s Case”, shared recently here, and how it came about,

As I did scroll social media and come upon a clip from Colbert Show, Ian McKellen the guest, and for reason unknown to me — as I did not see the immediate lead up — launches into a speech known as “The Stranger’s Case”, words which I had not heard previous but ring particularly true in our world today, here on American Shores and really it seems, on every continent on Earth just now,

And so I found the script and copied it down, and then the keen to read, and succession about the piece, about the play from which it came, about the writers, about the manuscript and questions therein,

And thus captured and the muse honored once again, thus how I do it, the JLud Way,

GOOD.
