Wha…what…?!?

Excerpt from a New York Times article last week,

“I am hereby waiving the application of such sanctions, restrictions and duties provided for in the Graham Act [against Russia],” Mr. Trump said in the order. “I have submitted to the Congress a certification that the issuance of such a waiver at this time is in the national interests of the United States.”

And this,

““It’s unconscionable that this administration is capitulating to a Russian dictator who illegally invaded Ukraine and butchers innocent civilians every single day,” Mr. Tillis wrote on Saturday on social media. Mr. Tillis announced last year that he would not run for re-election, and has since become increasingly critical of Mr. Trump.”

Congress passed the legislation, CONGRESS, currently Republican-controlled, Donald Trump’s own party, and then he neuters the effect with a pen-stroke.

The President of the United States, who should be standing up to Vladimir Putin and Russian Aggression, is in fact being played like a fiddle.

Trump’s arrogance, hubris, erratic, chaotic leadership and decisions lay gilded ruin near and far, around the world and in our beloved America.
