Bumpy night foreshadows possible bumps along the day ahead. Kids didn’t sleep well; dad didn’t sleep well. Piecemeal sleep, an hour at a time. Sunrise soon and day underway regardless. Resolved to piecemeal the day together, one task at a time, one hour at a time. Make it GOOD, regardless.

Aftermath
Connected with a couple of good friends recently after work. Good insights, good sharing…it had been a while since we’d seen each other. It was great to catch up. Conversation topics covered many aspects…of our lives just now, the predictable, and the timely…kids, sports, upcoming travel,… Near the end, we talked about the Russian-Ukrainian war… …
