In the United States, the first Monday in September is Labor Day. That’s when the nation recognizes those countless masses, those often referred to as “blue color” workers.
Honor those people who keep the cogs of society going on a day-to-day basis.
And let’s also remember when we labor without wage, keeping our families going, caring for loved ones, volunteering.
Let’s honor labor in all its forms, and not just today. Rather let us honor the work, the efforts made everyday.
And let’s lend a hand when we can. And let’s be sure to say at Thank You. It’s the least we can do.
