Monday Motivation amounts to this:
Take a few deep breaths to center your resolve for the day.
Think about what you’re grateful for; if you’re a prayer sorta person, put it in prayer form.
Consider all the folks you know who are struggling, and pray for them too.
Get a little exercise, early early, to frame the day.
Look at your list from your last work day, scan your notes, see where things were left via your Sent Mail Folder.
And then?
Well, then do it to it. Get after the day. Make it good for yourself, and help others.
