Take your foot off the gas. Slow your pace, throttle back,
Drink more water, clear your schedule, get more rest, take care of you,
In those moments, especially those moments, hours, even days, or longer,
Take care of you.
Gotta get back to work anyway, maybe sooner than you’d like?
