Really grateful for simple tools that make our lives easier and empower us to accomplish many things in easier fashion.

The list is endless, really. For this piece, I offer a mechanical from the world of warehouse, stock, and moving said parts around said warehouse.

Consider then the wheel and simple hydraulic machinery. Put these together with a couple of big lift forks and voila! One person of reasonable / modest strength can move a thousand pounds around a space with relative ease. Yes, the hydraulic hand truck or “pallet Jack” is a thing of wonder.

I love being reminded of the good fortune we have to live in this day and age with so many conveniences. And I love to be grateful for them.
