Turns out it’s not so bad; at least for a couple data points.
Woke up, day up, cleared my head, got going.
Funny, I told a couple buddies about this situation,
They recommended I immediately turn on the light and I said an emphatic NO; I like it when it’s dark as I wake up and start the day.
I did it my way anyway. Alarm off, covers off, sit up and swing legs over the side of the bed, keep it dark, ease into the day,
But have the discipline to ease into the day, start the day, easy does it, discipline leads at way,
Discipline CREATES the motivation,
Motivated to make it a good day?
