Old School

Interesting what this phrase conveys, something like a throw-back, something like from the past. I think it also refers to things thought of fondly, maybe with some favorable nostalgia. Might refer to music or a venue or style of dress maybe…

In my particular case this time it was an old restaurant in south San Jose, an iconic Italian joint with just about the best Stromboli on the planet.

At least I think so. At least one of my buddies from college thinks so. And that’s where we met up last night for dinner. Great food, solid reconnect, SoulTime, start to finish. Old School. GOOD.

Addendum. Don’t know Stromboli? Here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stromboli_(food)
