Me, old middle-age dad, I love to sleep. Seems so often it’s go go, go go. Get a chance to stay in bed, I’m in.

Just now, scribble from the bed. Lying between my eleven year old and nine year old. Both ended up here at different times earlier this morning.

And for the moment one snores in my left ear, one my right. But at least their asleep. I try hard to get them to like sleep more; because I love sleeping.

So often it’s go go, I like to say no no, and catch up on rest. So here I lie, a thorn between my two little roses, trying to keep my prickly self to myself so these two kids can sleep a little more, a little more,

GOOD.
