Another mantra I’m re-kindling for the new year:

“NO FEAR”

I recall back to the 1990’s it was a motto invoked by several professional athletes.

One of my favorite 49er players at that time was Fullback Tom Rathman. He had a No Fear sticker on the back of his helmet, as I recall. And that’s how he played, with no fear. He was a grinder. He just kept going.

So here’s to that. Be a grinder. Keep going. You’ll get where you want to go.

NO FEAR.

[Addendum: Thinking back (but not checking on the particular date), I know I had another blog post here with the same title. Shows “fear” is something that’s come to mind before. How about for you?]
