Bloganuary Prompt: “What snack would you eat right now?”
The last few days I’ve been into Tomato on Toast; and that seems it’s kinda silly, since it’s the middle of Winter. God Bless global Supply Chain for produce, and green house growing.
Here’s the breakdown:
Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half; light dusting of salt and pepper;
Sourdough bread, toasted, with butter/margarine spread;
Sliced tomato across the toast, yummy!
Bonus tip? Add Vegemite to the spread…YUMMY!

Ha! That’s funny. I had A work colleague, years ago, whose parents were from the UK, she preferred Marmite also.
