Since we all return to dust and The Almighty likely won’t consider your wallet or bank accounts, it really must be a wholistic, holistic approach that informs the traits we should consider, aptitudes to include,

Being a good listener,

Being a good learner,

Being willing and able to readily acknowledge the need for change,

Having a personality that appeals to a magic mix of people that are on the core team,

Considering the well-being of your people, those who you lead, and knowing your role in making the successful,

Having not only a well-honed understanding of what is, but also a vision of what’s possible,

And never, ever giving up.
