Simple steps, easy to take, Alarm goes off, get up, Time for chores, do them, Thoughts bubble up, write them down, Hamper full, do a load of laundry, Cluttered mind, meditate, Dishes in the sink, wash them, Simple steps, why so hard, why so hard?

First sip, so good, after a long wait, hits the spot somehow, Frosty glass of ale after a long day or, Fresh coffee in the early morning hours or, Cold water when you’re just plain thirsty, First sip, so GOOD.
