I follow this guy on X, Calls him self “Grumpy Dad“. He started this trend on the platform, posting a picture of a salad every day…he calls it SaladStreak2024.

Pretty creative. And he makes some pretty good looking salads. Sometimes he goes the smoothie route, blending greens and other nutritious foods and posting a picture of his blended yummy drink.

So this is a shout out to this cat and this sort of endeavor, I mean, you can’t go wrong, trying to motivate yourself and others to eat more healthy, more often.
