I have this sweatshirt I got recently that says on the front,

“You are enough.”,

and on the back,

“Dear person behind me,

The world is a better place with you in it. Love, the person in front of you.”

That sums it up.

People want to help you if you need it. We’re in this together. Never give up. You matter.
