But I think instead my answer is, “Whatever motivates you to get up and go…!
Motion is lotion that makes the body feel more useful, more accustomed to movement, more in the groove with everyday life.
Go for a walk every day, play catch with a friend or your kid, shoot baskets (or any of those initial activities mentioned work too), whatever gets you up and moving,
GOOD.
