Daily Prompt: “Describe something you learned in high school.”

What gradually revealed itself to me in high school? My connections to people seem somehow different from others.

I seem to experience rapport across groups, types, I’m drawn to many, and seem to have some linkage that establishes itself.

Also, though I had (and still have) many female friends, and though I feel attracted to women, I’m quirky and a clumsy when I’ve try to convert friendship to romance and intimacy, rarely feeling confident.

My connections to others feel genuine, often powerful, but they remain to this day, somehow a little quirky too. The upside? The connections feel too, unique and universal,
