Finding The Groove

Daily Prompt: “What are your daily habits?”

Weekdays,

2-3 Snooze, then up after at ‘em, in the dark,

Vitamins and allergy meds to start the day, brush the teeth, “morning constitution”, bathroom yoga, shower, a little quick news review if there’s time,

NPR Up First on podcast driving to work, then Classical Music to chill out before jumping into the fray, Home and tidy and bills and chores and all things kids when they’re there,

Workdays, REPEAT x 5.

Weekend,

Sleep in a couple more hours, them laundry and grocery and chores, tidy some more, slow moving and NPR all the way,
