Heat Wave these last several days in the Western US, more than five days plus 95F during the day, house just got below 80F for the first time early morning today,

Thankful for a few days off as well, turn work brain down to pilot light, let time with the kids and friends come to the fore,

Minimum chores, barely maintenance,

Take naps each day under the fan, stay hydrated, happy,

Go with the flow, let comfort and ease prevail, lots of soccer on TV only makes it better, Euros, Copa Am., super fun,

Sure it’s hot but my friends in Sac and AZ have it all the hotter, we’re managing here,

Relaxing and breathing and lots of pause, lots of love,

Nothing days, nothing but love.
