Overwhelmed

A simple expression, a quiet cry to be heard.

“How are you?”

“Overwhelmed.”

Fine. Another word for “overwhelmed” is “anxiety”.

It’s not a static condition; don’t let it define our imprison you.

Acknowledge the feelings, but then, THEN,

1/ take one step back, identify and understand the cause;

2/ Do one thing to improve or address the cause; maybe do a second thing if you feel so moved;

3/ The important thing? DO.

And do again. And again.
