Something I’ve practiced on and off nearly the whole of my life, prayer,

Seen me through the darkest times, prayer,

Time for mind and heart, emotions to align, intentional, prayer,

Time with the Universe, Higher Power, God, all through prayer,

So many ways, mantras, traditions, prayer,

Drawn to God become human, that prayer my baseline, relation, familiar, intimate,

Our Father…
