Recently I joined the “224 Club”…still getting acquainted,
What is the 224 Club? you might ask,
The key characteristic of its membership is waking sometimes (often, repeatedly, annoyingly) at 2:24 AM,
Brain almost automatically begins to churn thoughts, things I need to do, did,
Mind reviewing, evaluating, listing, rehearsing,
All good except the timing, built in practice thus, mind control, a sort of meditation practice,
I jot something down to move from mind to paper (or digital note), then jump into clear mind practice,
