Stuck in traffic, unexpectedly, GPS guided tour of San Francisco, many streets I have not been on before.

As the time ticks off and morning becomes afternoon, still not to my destination, making the best of it, lemonade from lemons.

It’s a beautiful day in San Francisco. Otherwise, not a cloud in the blue blue sky, Sea breeze blowing in from the west gives me a little natural air conditioning after sitting in the car for 2 1/2 hours, still not to my destination.

Listening to jazz, scribbling down this and that, blogging through hands-free speech, recognition  while stopped (this was a freaking frequent circumstance with this unexpected tour), the smell of eucalyptus as I drove by the West End of Golden Gate Park, finally crawling on to 19th Ave.
