What is your favorite genre of music?

Recently on the commute home, listening to old-school FM radio,

The whole spectrum in 30 minutes, Simple Minds, “Don’t You Forget About Me”, then Black Sabbath, “War Pigs” … just wow, wow wow.

So much music, so much good! My musical tastes have broadened considerably in my lifetime,

I like 60’s Folk & Country and 70’s Disco & Pop, was a Heavy Metal prude in high school, then opened up in college, returning to all my old genres plus Reggae,

I latched on to Grunge as well, and that World blend sound too, think Dave Matthews, John Butler, and the like,

Classical has been in the background too, a staple too from the radio on many commutes and weekends,

And along with all that, Jazz and its sub-genres, Latin, Delta, Big Band, especially since my Jazz-loving dad passed away,

Just give me it all, I love it all, music, GOOD.
