A great four days recently with my kids. Summer schedule means we’ve got more days here and there solo and with kids, to allow for travel and balance all the same,

We did nothing extra-ordinary together, but cleared a bunch to donations, watched the start to the Tour de France, went to a friend’s 4th of July party, napped, and got in some errands, including a visit to my mom,

All quietly, subtlety soul-ful, needed,

Need them to make me fully complete, I think, 100% me on my own but the texture and nooks and crannies down deep are filled when the kids are around, more satisfying,
