I went to a live show recently, right here in our own San Jose, California, downtown. The Psychedelic Furs were playing the summer concert series, “music in the park“, it was a really fun time.

An old friend had won tickets from some website, some promoter… And my buddy asked me if I wanted to join him; so grateful for that invitation, so grateful to see him and catch up, it had been a few years, and what a bonus, deep in The Furs.

Their music hadn’t really been my thing when they were in their hay-day, but it was live and they were energized and played a tight set.

Also fun to people watch, fun to interact with strangers in friendly way, see how others present, different than work or the store, everyone there for the good time, dance a little and bounce a little and be joyful,
