What motivates you?

Great question, what motivates, let’s peel the cover off that one for a minute,

Creativity is certainly a motivator – like writing! – but also other forms of creative expression, tho’ I don’t actively pursue them much beyond writing,

As a corollary, I feel motivated by accomplishing small projects when I’m duly inspired. I recently installed a ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms; that was quite involved, and I felt quite motivated and accomplished as a result.

The other big bucket of motivation for me comes from helping other people. At work, at home, in personal life and personal matters, and beyond, I like to support others. When that happens I feel motivated, inspired, satisfied.
