Honor labor, simple phrase, straight forward goal,

I’ve been on both sides, Hourly and Salary, had a stint in management too, I think I understand some of both sides,

Bottom line, we’re most of us paid to work, we’re not the owners, we need to punch the proverbial clock, if not real tracking being done,

Honor labor means appreciate the work your people do, give them a fair shake too,

Let’s all do that, fair shake all around,
