I say this one all the time. I’m sure my kids want to kick me in the teeth over the matter.

Life is hard.

It’s just a fact. Just life, just hard.

Of course for major life events, tragedies, loses, there’s additional factors that can come into play, empathy and of course love, and time…TIME…these all can help us cope and process big events…

But underneath it all…? It’s just life. We get one. It can be hard. Super hard. All the same, we must continue until we can’t, until our time is over.

It’s just life. It’s just hard. Keep going.
