How do you relax?

It’s fleeting fun, the idea, “to relax”, so many different ways to imagine, experience what that feels like,

Most often it feels it happens for me in the dark, dim light, quiet, only the breeze, or fans, or wind, chimes, or ocean, physical dynamics that trigger my body is desire to chill, can’t always do so,

Taking a moment here there, even in the car, catch your breath, pause, catch another, deep breaths, release any attention in your body, this type of relaxation, the more frequent,

And if I can put those things together, the magic, it’s real, and my body and mind and soul rejoice.
