A sort of continuation of yesterday’s message, the forever muse, finding bits that make me smile and feel good inside,

It was numbers and letters yesterday and the meaning therein,

Therein the rub, the fuzzy fun to share, “R40”, shorthand for “40th Reunion”, I’d like to say it’s my creation but it’s not, rather,

A wink and a forever loving nod to one of my forever favorite bands, the Canadian Pro Rock trio, RUSH,

They had a tour to celebrate 40 years of playing together, they called it “R40”, and it stuck with me so I share it with you,

And so now as my high school class celebrates our 40th reunion, the reference quickly blossom, it’s our R40 for Santa Clara High School Class of 1985,

They were 377 of us together when we walked into the world 40 years ago, and though Fuher number gather this weekend, it’s uplifting and energizing, and just plain fun to see faces from so long ago, share stories that have filled the last 40 years, rekindle, old friendships, and also celebrate the spark of new ones, new friends from old times, from 40 years ago, let’s go SC85 , and thank you!

Truly, my sense of connection and love is humbling, and I feel honored and amazingly satisfied to have what we have, ‘85, let us thrive !
