So we come to these hallowed grounds of memorial in Santa Clara, a city our mother and sister loved so much, to honor Kathleen Ann, as she’s arrived to her final resting place.

It’s fitting that her bodily remains be here now with her husband of 57 years, our father and brother in law, Bruce Howard. 

They built a life and raised two children together, and had many friends and countless good times,

And the world is a better place for having witnessed Kathy’s life. 

We are grateful for her life, her love, and we commend her soul to heaven,

So, long may her spirit live on in our memories and stories;

And we love you and honor you mom & sister, Kathy, and we say this simple prayer,
